Meet Dr. Jessi

My background as an OB/GYN began at osteopathic medical school in Iowa, followed by an allopathic residency program in Illinois.

Hailing from North Dakota, my strong family roots have influenced my approach to practicing medicine, always seeking to find a balance between traditional and alternative methods of healing. I believe in utilizing the natural resources provided by God, while also utilizing the latest medical advancements and research to promote holistic healing from the inside out.

I have always had a passion for learning and would read functional medicine literature daily. In 2022 I was encouraged to pursue my passions and go through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) training program. Being part of such a supportive and compassionate community was a transformative experience, solidifying my commitment to this field.

The IFM training was what I had always had passion for. Now, with this training, I’m well-equipped with the tools to better help people. I love that I will have more time with my patients to hear their stories. As a team, we can dig further into the science on how to help you live your best life.

Heavenly Heat Sauna

Description: Experience a therapeutic sauna session using advanced carbon infrared heaters designed to reduce sudden cardiac death risk by 63% and cardiovascular mortality by 50%, as supported by JAMA Internal Medicine (2015). Our meticulously crafted saunas release nearly zero VOCs, ensuring a safe environment with grounded heaters for optimal health benefits, including heavy metal detoxing, mold detoxing, and more. Additionally, the sauna’s low EMF/ELF design enhances safety by minimizing electromagnetic exposure.

Best For: Ideal for patients seeking heart health improvement, stress relief, cellular repair, or detoxification from heavy metals and mold, as well as those with chronic inflammation, autoimmune conditions, or skin disorders.

Additional Evidence-Based Benefits:

  • Improved Skin Health: Studies suggest infrared saunas enhance skin microcirculation and collagen production, benefiting patients with psoriasis or eczema.
  • Pain Relief: Research indicates infrared therapy reduces chronic pain in conditions like arthritis or fibromyalgia.
  • Enhanced Cardiovascular Function: Beyond mortality reduction, improved endothelial function aids patients with hypertension.

Cost:
$50 per session
Duration: 30 minutes

EBOO / RHP

Description: Undergo Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation (EBOO) with Recirculatory Hemoperfusion™ (RHP), a process that oxygenates and ozonates blood externally in a closed circuit. This therapy enhances circulation, boosts immunity, decreases inflammation (supported by reductions in homocysteine and hsCRP levels), and reduces cholesterol by filtering out the particles. It also removes toxins, including viruses, heavy metals, and molds, while improving athletic performance, and employs a safe advanced filtrationtechnique for effective treatment.

Best For: Suited for patients with poor circulation, immune deficiencies, chronic inflammation, high cholesterol, or toxin buildup (e.g., viruses, heavy metals, molds), as well as athletes seeking enhanced performance and recovery.

Additional Evidence-Based Benefits:

  • Decreased Inflammation: Studies show EBOO reduces inflammatory markers like homocysteine and hsCRP, benefiting patients with inflammatory conditions.
  • Cholesterol Reduction: Research indicates the filtration process lowers cholesterol by removing lipid particles, aiding cardiovascular health.
  • Athletic Performance: Improved oxygen utilization and reduced muscle fatigue enhance endurance and recovery in athletes.

Cost: $1,400 per session
Duration: 60–90 minutes

Molecular Hydrogen

Description: Experience molecular hydrogen inhalation therapy, where breathing molecular hydrogen gas through a nasal cannula allows the gas to enter the lungs and brain, absorbing into the bloodstream. As a powerful antioxidant, hydrogen neutralizes harmful free radicals, reduces inflammation, and supports cellular health. The H-2000 device generates 1,400 cc of hydrogen per minute using a white gold and titanium catalyst for optimal delivery.

Best For: Ideal for patients with oxidative stress, chronic inflammation, or circulatory issues, as well as athletes seeking enhanced performance and those needing cellular support for metabolic or neurological concerns.

Additional Evidence-Based Benefits:

  • Reduced Inflammation: Research shows hydrogen inhalation lowers inflammatory markers, aiding conditions like arthritis or fatigue.
  • Cellular Support: Hydrogen’s antioxidant properties protect cells, supporting overall health.
  • Athletic Performance: Studies suggest hydrogen improves recovery by reducing lactic acid buildup and enhancing endurance, benefiting athletes.

Cost: $40 per session
Duration: 20 minutes

Sonix Vibration Plate

Description: Utilize the Sonix Sonicwave Vibration Device, featuring five intensity settings (1-5), starting low based on health, weight, and condition, with increases as tolerance builds. This full-body vibration therapy employs sonic waves—without motors—to naturally stimulate muscles and activate the circulatory system, enhancing benefits when used as a 10-minute pre-treatment before other therapies. The device offers a wide frequency range (3-70 Hz) for targeted muscle stimulation and recovery. Delivers benefits equivalent to a 1-hour workout in just 10 minutes.

Best For: Perfect for patients seeking muscle stimulation, strengthening and conditioning, supports aerobic exercise, supports circulatory and lymphatic functions, energy boosts, or pre-treatment preparation for services like saunas or EBOO, especially those with poor circulation or muscle recovery needs.

Additional Evidence-Based Benefits:

  • Improved Circulation: Sonic vibration studies indicate enhanced blood flow, benefiting muscle recovery and vitality.

Cost: $10 per session (10-minute add-on pre-treatment)
Duration: 10 minutes

PEMF Mat

Relax on the Healthy Wave Multi-Wave 5-Therapy PEMF Mat (72″x24″), blending Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF), Far Infrared Heat, Red Light Therapy, Negative Ions, and Natural Crystals. This mat uses low-frequency PEMF (1-30 Hz, up to 15+ peak gauss) to boost cellular repair and well-being, mimicking Earth’s magnetic field. Far Infrared Heat and Red Light enhance circulation and energy, while Negative Ions (over 1,500/cc) reduce stress. Ideal for joint pain, poor circulation, sleep issues, or recovery—perfect for athletes, arthritis sufferers, and those with chronic pain. Benefits:
  • Pain Relief: Low-intensity PEMF at 3-15+ gauss eases chronic pain.
  • Improved Circulation: Heat aids muscle recovery.
  • Energy Boost: Red Light enhances vitality.
  • Bone Health: PEMF at 2-12 Hz supports bone regeneration.

Cost: $40 for a 20-minute session (with double red light exposure).
Duration: 20 minutes

Normatec Lymphatic Massagers
